How did you come up with your skull / bird logo? William Onwuka jr. November 7, 2013 at 10:33 pm How long did this take to do? Bruce Goren November 8, 2013 at 5:31 am Nice. Hey +Paul Roustan, this logo you've created makes me think of a mash-up of two album covers, the original release of Emerson Lake & Palmer's first LP with the rising dove art ( http://www.emersonlakepalmer.com/SelfTitled.html ) and a few years later the skull of Brain Salad Surgery (http://www.emersonlakepalmer.com/BrainSaladSurgery.html ) . Was this your inspiration? Paul Roustan November 8, 2013 at 1:30 pm +William Onwuka jr. This took about an hour and a half tops. +Tim Barber +Bruce Goren, The first time I painted this was for a competition, seen here: http://youtu.be/36mCeBKU0jw The theme was 'Positive/Negative' I repainted it for the posted video because the result was very well received and I wanted to document it without the competition pasties. I had actually planned something completely different for the chest area, but the morning of the competition I just felt it wouldn't work. So, an hour before the competition, and around 20 pages of sketches, I came up with the skull dove that I now use as my regular logo. William Onwuka jr.
